Return Policy (No Return on Medicines)

1. Strict No-Return Policy

As per Indian drug laws and safety regulations, medicines once sold and delivered cannot be returned under any circumstances.

This applies to:

  • Prescription medicines

  • Over-the-counter (OTC) products

  • Health supplements

  • Personal care and hygiene items

  • Temperature-sensitive or cold-chain products

Due to safety, storage, and tampering risks, we cannot accept returns after delivery.

2. Exceptions (Only in Rare Cases)

A return or replacement is allowed only if the following issues are found at the time of delivery:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or physically broken product

  • Leaked, tampered or unsealed packaging

  • Expired product delivered

In such cases, only replacement will be provided, subject to availability. Refunds are not offered for these cases.

3. Time Window for Complaints

For any eligible issue, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Complaints raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

4. Verification Process

To process a replacement request, customers must provide:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

Our team will review and verify the evidence before approving the replacement.

5. Non-Returnable Items (Strict List)

The following products cannot be returned under any condition:

  • Opened or used medicines

  • Products without original packaging

  • Medicines stored improperly after delivery

  • Personal hygiene items (sanitizers, masks, etc.)

  • Temperature-controlled medicines (insulin, injections, etc.)
